I spent years dealing with symptoms relating to Celiac Disease, and I never even knew. After being diagnosed with Asthma, I was shocked. I had always been active and even a runner in high school. I started to develop a persistent cough and was often clearing my throat. I started having acne in my 20s. My joints started to swell and my vision started to decline. I started having frequent panic attacks, and I would wake up in the middle of the night with a racing heartbeat.
Yet, I was excelling in college, a lot of friends, a great family, and promising future but inside I felt like I was falling apart.
Over time, I eventually found out that it was the food I was eating that was hurting me. At first I was a little devastated. I had to learn how to cook, how to bake and how to eat all over again!
What I learned about living gluten free is that it’s not just about what you can’t eat – it’s about what you CAN eat and WHY you eat. And thinking about food the old way just doesn’t work anymore.

This is also the perfect option for you if you’re eager to get started but you’d feel more comfortable getting to know me first. Maybe you’re ready to take some action but feel more comfortable with a smaller commitment before considering a larger investment. If this sounds like you, you’re in the right place!
In our private, one-on-one 45-minute session, here’s what we’ll achieve:
